Things to Note
FIFO
Travellers who are part of a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) program can request travel on Suncor flights by contacting their travel coordinators. All other travellers should contact MyTravel at 1-866-276-7800 Option 3, then Option 1 (for travel to site) or email: mytravel@suncor.com
Schedule changes
Changes to flight schedules will be made no later than noon the day before the flight, unless there are unplanned circumstances (e.g. weather).
Please check flights in advance of travel by calling your designated travel coordinator
Charter flights
These flights are not eligible for airline reward programs or other deals and offers affiliated with airline partners.
In-flight services
In-flight services feature one light snack and a non-alcoholic beverage. Flights do not necessarily have in-flight entertainment. Passengers are welcome to use electronic devices once the flight crew indicates it is safe.
